B&W Illustrations; Two Volume Set. This is the First Trade Edition, following a deluxe edition. The books are in Very Good to Near Very Good + condition and were issued without dust jackets. The books and their contents are in mostly clean, bright condition. There is some edge wear, rubbing, bumping and beginning fraying to the spine ends and corners of the book covers. The text pages are mostly clean and bright. The endpapers have noticeable toning. Illustrated throughout with both black and white illustrations and black and white photographs. The two volumes give a detailed history of the Boer War from the perspective of the British Army. Due to the extreme weight of this set, postage will have to be determined at time of ordering.
