This book is in Near Fine condition and has a Very Good+ dust jacket. The book and its contents are in clean, bright condition. The text pages are clean and bright. There is a bookplate on the front endpaper (no previous owner's name and rather Rockwell Kentish in style). The dust jacket has some light edge wear, nicking and has a couple of very small chips missing. There is some light toning to the edges and flap joints of the dust jacket as well. "The present work is the first critical study of the Tractatus to be published by a North American philosopher. Mr. Maslow tries to clarify what is obscure in Wittgenstein's often cryptic and aphoristic pronouncements, and gives an interpretation of the philosophy underlying the Tractatus as a whole."
