(This first book was a collaboration between Natalie Babbitt who later became famous for her award winning titles, including Tuck Everlasting, and her husband Samuel). This book is in Very Good+ to Near Fine- condition and is missing the accompanying dust jacket. This copy has a sturdy library style binding (Gibralter binding) but is NOT an ex library copy. The book and its contents are in clean, bright condition. There is some beginning rubbing / bumping to the spine ends of the book cover and the spine of the book has an inked letter "E" which is faded, but still visible. The text pages are clean and bright.
