Color Illustrations; Spine ends & corners of book cover have extremely light bumping & rubbing. Orange coated paper covered boards have black lettering and black, white and yellow illustrations to front cover of book. Text pages generally clean & bright. One page of text (unnumbered) towards rear of book has a couple of vertical creases and one smallish edge tear which the previous owner has taped with clear tape (I haven't tried to remove the tape). Endpapers are a plain merigold yellow color. Previous owner's inked name on front endpaper. Previous owner taped the dust jacket flaps to the front pastedown with clear tape ( the rest of the dust jacket is gone). "Feelings are hard to explain. When people are sad they make you feel sad too. And when people are laughing everyone else feels happy and gay. It's hard to explain, but one thing is sure: After you are through crying with someone, or after you are through laughing with someone, you have a special kind of feeling."

Color Illustrations; Children's Book. The spine ends and corners of the book cover have extremely light bumping and rubbing. Orange coated paper covered boards have black lettering and black, white and yellow illustrations to front cover of book. The text pages are clean and bright. Endpapers are a plain merigold yellow color. The spine ends and corners of the dust jacket have a bit of very light bumping and rubbing. The bottom front flap of the dust jacket has been clipped (but not price clipped). There is a small tear to the top spine joint of the dust jacket. The front spine joint has some light, but noticeable rubbing. The top front flap joint has a small edge tear with some rubbing as well. The bottom rear edge of the dust jacket, by the spine joint, has a rectangle of color missing (looks like a price tag of some sort was pulled away, pulling the color with it). The rear spine joint of the dust jacket has some noticeable rubbing as well. Overall, a very good+ copy. "Feelings are hard to explain. When people are sad they make you feel sad too.
