B&W Photographs; SIGNED EDITION (with possible association). This book is in Very Good+ condition and has a Very Good+ to Near Fine- dust jacket. The book and its contents are in clean, bright condition. There is a tiny, beginning tear to the bottom front spine joint of the book cover and a nick to the rear spine joint as well. The text pages are clean and bright. This copy has been signed by the Biographee Bud Grant (and possible signed to Jerry Rice, though impossible to verify currently). The inscription reads: " To Jerry, / Thanks for your / help at WMIN. / Hope you quit playing. / Good Luck / Bud". In 1985 Bud Grant returned to the Minnesota Vikings and came up against rookie Jerry Rice (in Rice's very first NFL game). It's possible that this inscription dates from that time period (no date on the inscription ) but it's more likely from a later time period, after Jerry Rice's career took off into the stratosphere. ; Signed by Biographee
