B&W Illustrations; Early printing (possibly first printing) No statement of later printing on copyright page. Spine ends of book have a bit of light bumping. Previous owner's name & address on front pastedown & a gift inscription to same owner from aunt & uncle on front endpaper. Two small dark yellow shadows on front & rear endpapers that appear to be tape shadows (I can't tell what from as there is no tape on the book or dust jacket. Text pages clean & bright. Dust jacket has several small edge tears, a bit of chipping & light edge wear & light rubbing. Also front bottom cornerof front flap has been slightly price clipped (price is still on top front corner of flap) . Top edge of book has previous owner's name inked in neat print. A very good copy overall. Childrens Book
