Overall, a very good copy. --Ishi was a member of the Yahi tribe, a Native American people who lived in Northern California for thousands of years before the first miners struck gold. As white men began to claim the land for themselves, they killed most of the Yahis; Ishi and his few remaining relatives were forced to go into hiding.
