Lindbergh, Anne NEXT TIME, TAKE CARE New York Harcourt Brace Jovanovich 1988 1st Edition; 1st Edition Hardcover Very Good in Very Good dust jacket; Children's Book. Spine ends & corners of book covers have a bit of light bumping and rubbing. Blue paper covered boards with blue cloth spine and gilt lettering to spine of book. Bottom edges of book cover have some light, but quite noticeable rubbing and very beginning bumping. Text pages are generally clean & bright. Front endpaper and bottom edge of book have a small ink stamp with a picture of a book and the word -final- which appears to be some sort of remainder mark. The mark on the front endpaper has been lightly erased, but it has rubbed some of the yellow coating off the paper more than it has removed the ink stamp. Spine ends & corners of dust jacket have a bit of light bumping & rubbing. Bottom front corner of book cover right at front flap hinge has a bit of light rubbing and beginning nicking. Top front flap hinge has a small edge tear with some light edge wear. Dust jacket has some slight wrinkling in general. Overall, a very good- copy. --Ralph's caps are always disappearing, but Ralph is too busy making friends to care - or to take care. Luckily his tart and testy Aunt Millicent Meeker likes to knit as much as Ralph likes to make friends. She makes him a yellow cap...a grey cap...a red cap...a cap the color of sparrow wings. But even Millicent Meeker gets tired of knitting caps for Ralph to lose--. Ann Lindbergh is the daughter of Charles and Anne Morrow Lindbergh. This is her first picture book text. ; S. There is a light slant to spine of book. Text pages clean & bright. Top edge of book stained a dark blue or light black. Front endpaper has former owner's inked signature at top edge. Includes a foreword and map drawings by Charles A. Lindbergh. Dust jacket has split in half at back cover and is missing large chunks from both top & bottom edges of rear dust jacket. There are also a number of smallish edge tears, nicks chips and bits missing to dust jacket in general. Book itself is in generally very good condition.
