Bottom spine end of book has a bit of light, but noticeable rubbing. Text pages clean & bright. Spine ends & corners of dust jacket have a bit of light bumping, rubbing & edge wear. White dust jacket has a bit of lightly ground-in dirt. There are several small edge tears and one one inch long edge tear which starts at bottom spine end at rear hinge and goes upward. There is also a small tear to middle of rear dust jacket which has some wrinkling. Overall, a very good copy. --It is important to realize several things about this book. First, it is not a book of women making love to women. It is not a book of photos of the fringe of society, nor women in rebellion against men. It is a collection of photos, unposed, undirected, of wives, mothers, secretaries, students; women you pass on the street every day of your life--.
