The Einstein Myth and the Ives Papers A Counter-Revolution in Physics with excerpts from Ives' correspondence, the Einstein Myth by Dean Turner, a condensation of Euclid or Einstein by J. J. Callahan, and papers and comments by others

B&W Illustrations; This book is in Near Fine condition and has a Very Good dust jacket. The book and its contents are in clean, bright condition. The text pages are clean and bright. The price clipped dust jacket has several edge tears, nicks, a couple of medium sized chips and some generalized rubbing to the paper. This book contains a number of papers by Herbert E. Ives who did not believe that Einstein's Theory of Relativity was correct - he proceeded to perform experiments which would prove his hypothesis -- and in the process, actually proved (though he believed otherwise) that the "relativistic time dilation to the Doppler shift of light" Einstein theorized was indeed correct. (this experiment is known as the "Ives–Stilwell experiment"). This book includes letters to physicists, his own notes, experiments, etc., from and to Ives regarding his somewhat obsessive idea that Einstein's Theories were incorrect. This book is somewhat scarce.
