B&W Illustrations; This is a small pamphlet with thin paper covers and side stapling. This pamphlet is in Very Good- condition and was issued without a dust jacket. The covers have several edge tears, nicks and wrinkles. The text pages are clean and bright, though the first several pages have wrinkling and tearing as well. The title page includes an ink stamped firm name from the Architectural firm of N. H. Wheeler in Santa Fe, NM. This copy is dated 1879 - which is earlier than copies listed in references and also earlier than the first copy listed in Worldcat. There is a wonderful section at the end with hints for architects, and also a list of reading material for draftsmen / architects. Scarce.
