c1925. This is a small booklet (approx. 4" x 6") with cardstock covers and a stapled spine. The booklet is is Good condition and was issued without a dust jacket. The covers have wrinkling and several smallish spots of discoloration. There is creasing to the corners and rubbing to the spine ends. The text pages are generally clean, though there are several spots of discoloration throughout. The booklet contains lyrics for the songs used at the Huntington Lake Camp for Girls, but no music. The first several pages are prize winning songs for the camp (some apparently by girls, others by adults). " Miss Ruth M. Huntington, the founder of the Lake Huntington Camp for Girls, committed suicide in 1932. She left $25.000 estate. Mrs. Edwin Howard Walter of Redwood City, and Mrs. Herbert Little of Ojai were given the Lake Huntington camp." (from Pacific Book Auction Gallery). The director of the camp ws Miss Ruth Heyneman.
